NATIONAL SERVICE SCHEME (NSS) The NSS Cell of Gyanpeeth Degree College organized the 7-days NSS Special Camp from 17th to 23rd December, 2022. Sixty eight volunteers actively participated in the camp.During these seven days different activities like literary survey on the population of the village, plantation programme, training on Yoga, training on vermicompost, and participation in the Rising Day celebration of 64 BN SSB at Dadagaon, quize competitions among school children, prabhat ferry etc. were held. During 2023-24, District Level Yuva Mahatsav in collaboration with Nehru Yuva Kendra, Mushalpur and International Yoga Day were organized in the college by NSS, Cell of Gyanpeeth Degree College. Besides there on 17/9/2023 Amrit Brikshya (Tree) Abhiyan was observed by the NSS unit of the college by planting 100 saplings and “ SHS Programme” in the level of Jana Andolan was organised from 28th, Sep, 2023 to 1st Oct, 2023.
